Most Idians are good people, I happen to work with some and for that are simple jerks. Don't like to be told their wrong and are really racist.

At least in database R&D, there are developers and product managers of every ethnicity, including key people who are Caucasian women. Very few of the key product managers or development managers are Indian.

At companies like Cisco, Brocade and Citrix, there are barely any white engineers left. Indians hire other Indians.
When I worked at Oracle around 2003, they were exclusively hiring from india. I was flat out told I could not have a postition in the Development ATG group because they had to hire from india. If that isn't discrimination what is?
Love the let's outsource the two ceos idea!!!! Get a single Indian CEO for much, much less than these two expensive morons!
HR and management want the cheap labor. It's not discrimination. Everyone knows H1B's and guys in India are way cheaper than people in America. Even Indians that are American Citizens or Green Card holders can't get hired on if they think they can get a foreigner to do for less. I'm surprised Oracle hasn't outsourced their 2 CEO's yet. They could get an upgrade and save $100 million.
There is racism here at Oracle, when one race dominates another. Asian Indians have hired and protected their own. Whites have done no less as well as other races. But when you use H1B visas to do it, that's wrong. The lawsuit against Oracle is powerful, they will loose. They will have to pay to keep the billions in contracts with federal government. Free and fare competition is all we ask for. Pelosi would as for no less, hail Pelosi.

Chicks lining up chicks of the same breed is prevalent all over. There are enough hardware companies where Chinese origin people favor their own clan. And enough companies where there is the white male bias.
