Please leave IT and their expenses reporting to shared services, the HEG business does not want them. HEG is going to get a substantial bonus this year and it is because the majority of IT expenses were in the corp results, not HEG. If they move IT to HEG, kiss our bonuses goodbye for FY18 next year. It is interesting that all of HEG IT reporting to corp/shared services will get the big goose egg this year for a bonus.
I am empowered knowing I am retiring soon & leaving this hot mess. All I say is empower yourself & get out sooner than later.
Forcing a standard retail culture onto a service provider industry's. We are service providers not retail. Yes...even on the FHEG side. Standard retail culture is a top down approach and is outdated. The decision making is taken out of the hands of the "little people" and therefore forced to jump through hoops as directed. Then when not meeting the expectations they are blamed for poor execution of said directive. Where as in a true service culture, the "little people" are empowered to make decisions that best meet their customers needs. I ask..how many people in this company feel empowered?

Also, let us not forget that the business is driving this project. Stop blaming IT for all the problems!

You forgot RAR, KRONOS, PV, WOMS, FOM, OI, OMS. None of their sh-- ever works.
I am so tired of all the excuses that IT puts out every time their applications don't work. Do you know how to code. It will be nice when IT reports to the business and we can straighten this mess out. How about that CT Web, ORPOS, Retalon, etc what a track record.
Likely because the Business Users didn't perform User Acceptance Testing, yet again.
