RG your an a--hole. I was one of those 31 laid off and thanks for minimizing the layoff. What ever helps your conscience when you collect your bonus. This is 31 on top of another 200 for the entire fiscal year. So you got smart and make the layoffs smaller to avoid so much publicity.
He apologized for the "misunderstanding" back in November and said eliminating 30ish positions is part of normal business operations not a large scale layoff. The company will continue to make small adjustments based on market conditions etc
He's got a point, still no excuse to treat employees bad.
Is it true he asked if you don't like it here then why are you here?
This is the same leadership team that cut the 401k to avoid future layoffs, and no less than two weeks later laid off a bunch of employees.

Can you ask him about layoffs in Westbrook? I heard there were going to be up to 200 people getting the axe in mid-march. Ask him if that's true. Thanks for offering to ask questions for those of us that wasn't invited. Please post his reply.

Hope the RM enjoys not having lunch because I don't get a lunch break. RM can see how the store operates with no employees to cover a lunch break or restroom break. Looking forward to the "lunch"! Not to worry we have the twice a year RM so we're good til June!!
Is he coming out to the stores to have lunch with the boots on the ground?
This was not an option offered to everyone. The only way I know about lunch with the CEO is from this site.
