My org just informed we will see "right sizing" by the 2nd qtr. We will be evaluated and people who have not made the required training or missed the level of evaluation required will be placed in a group of people who will be terminated or given the opportunity to retire.
We suspect the outsourcing of technical support to all on a call vs. on site.
