No rhyme or reason, besides favoritism I could imagine . Metrics good, no occurences. We were allowed to go home and we also had next day off . How can you work when emotionally distraught about what to do with your life?
We were entitled to time off "on the company" to prepare for resume/ interviews , etc. I eventually went to another department. Career management helps a lot of you want it . I am grateful to be in a new department!!
