There are a lot of benefits, and you have support when you need it.
There are so many nurses across the country in a ton of settings (something like 3 million).
We have the power to create change and make our practice settings safer and fair if we unite together.
The problem is the people in control realize this and prevent it.
It also doesn't help that nurses are mostly female and the "people in charge" are mostly male.
