I was WFRed from HPE in September 2016. HPE had deducted ~5K for ESSP from my paycheck till then. So far, they have not returned that money. My emails to WFR HR alias are not getting returned. Anyone else in the same situation?

I told them 3 days before they drafted my account that I was not going to pay for Cobra for $2,300 for 3 months and not paying it and already had insurance in place by calling a third party for 1/2 that price and said you better escalate that 10 day trouble ticket...I'm raising kids with nobody else to help. They drafted my account. That was 5th of January. Paper check should be here soon....real soon they say...

Shame on HPE for treating those they laid off so poorly when all of us need our money to survive and on time Same way they pay their vendors. HPE pays out in 60-90 days and want to collect in 15 days or draft out of your account immediately for unauthorized transactions and give your money back a month later. What losers!!!
I had the same thing happen, I was let go in October and after many emails, I sent an email to the following:
Please contact payroll.usa.inactiveee@hpe.com - Please include your employee number
Fidelity said it was released and HPE said it was given to me, I knew it wasn't and I made them research it within HPE, I got the Payroll dept. to create a ticket with their internal Stocks specialists.
I was told this is so they can get in contact directly with their escalation person at Fidelity to see how it was being handled on their side. I got my check a couple weeks later. Best of luck!
it took me about 2 months to get mine - and only after I called Fidelity who supposedly contacted HPE.
