700 rosters for PHC's too. We need to agree that we are just going to do our 8hrs and go home. We are not going to work 10hrs a day with free overtime like the RN's do. They can make the requirement 10 a day, 20 a day, whatever they want to put out there but that does not mean we work for free or go insane. You cannot control what is coming but we do control how we respond.
