I keep reading about this call but I work at HAH and never received an invitation. Who was invited and what was the purpose?

FYI - there were two calls as some posters indicated.
a) the call today was for the surivors, in short the message was: it'll be tough but you'll be fine, keep working
b) the call yesterday was to inform folks that they have been laid off, if you were not invited, you survived this wave
I honestly think there will be more cuts, they will be deep an painful.
Overall, I am just perprlexed as it relates to what's going on
If you're referring to the call yesterday it's because you didn't get fired. The call today was just to affirm the layoff and that no one is safe. Frankie won't say the number, coaches say 600 tuesday
TODAY's was for the telephonic survivors to further confuse, I mean explain, the layoffs while yesterdays was to those who were termed. I've seen some bad management but this is one for the record book.
Perhaps you werent invited because youre already terminated. We are all basically cattle being led to slaughter house.
I do t mean to dispute your info, but I think all hah telephonic were on the call, not just the ones who were laid off.
Telephonic and field associates were included in the layoff.
The invitation was only sent to employees who were terminated effective April 3rd. Several associates employed under HAH were impacted by the reduction in force.
It was for telephonic associates.
