Franke, honestly it was total waste of time

I feel much better after that insightful chat. :\ total waste of time only to have 500 unanswered questions. I didn't really have high expectations from Franke.

All he cares about is driving this program into the ground, overworking employees, and then talking circles like we are stupid and can't see that's exactly his response to everything.

That’s what you get when an engineer gets involved in an industry that supposedly cares about people. He has no clue of what H@H did or how. He tried to turn RNs into telemarketers and destroyed the program in the process. Shame on inhumana.

I always thought it was just me... re Mr. F.....his mumbling speech, even with headphones I had a hard time understanding his words, his roundabout completely illogical answering of questions... wait, answering questions? His avoidance of answering questions! I just felt something was so " off" about him , and this site has validated I am not alone in my perceptions. Its not about dislike of a boss, I have had good CEOs or whatever of big companies I have worked for....its distrust of this particular so called " leader" . He is demoralizing and condescending and obviously some kind of wanna be mover upper.

I agree yesterday's meeting was a complete joke. All he did was dance around the questions that we had and all he did was just make me more angry and more upset over the fact that for the longest time everybody has been asking him were HCC's in danger of losing their jobs because of the merger. Over and over again Mike Franke said no we were not in danger only to come and find out as soon as the merger did not go through that our whole department and all HCC's including myself were laid off . I have always love working at Humana but thanks to the way that Mike Franke has done this all I am completely disgusted with him and the way he has handled this whole thing two weeks pay considered a severance when it takes longer than that to come and find a job in today's market. Now we have over 1000 people who are laid off from Humana who have to come and find jobs and he seriously comes and has the audacity to make it look like we're going to be OK Mike you're despicable and God don't like ugly what goes around comes around.

All I know is approximately 600 people including myself will be looking for work and we didn't a single answer from Frankenstein. Thanks for nothing. If I could afford to bet I'd bet this is just the beginning. Eventually I think the PHCS &CHES will be all cut and probably more RNS too.

screwed up Right Source before being sent over to HAH. We knew we were in trouble when we heard he was going to be whipping HAH into shape. Lol!

But "catalyst for change at all levels " is true...even if it is not positive change. Look how many lives are ruined now. All of us will remember and not elect Humana insurance coverage if we can help it. Does this mean we will be needing an Obamacare policy?? Is COBRA even an option for us anymore?

I would assure you that Frank n Beans does not see this as a mess (with exception they hoped the merger would be easy-peasy, slimey-slick). Frank N Beans has cracked the whip in the exact directions he's desired. The SNP dept being out of compliance months back....but who knows about that too! Perhaps reason they sent SNP to Puerto Rico.

So true. He's a horrible leader, very condescending. Every meeting leaves me feeling discouraged and demoralized. Wonder if he's part of the reason we are in this mess.
