The company is great beacause all of the acronyms they use. I especially like "RSU''s". These are the best because I get some each year demonstrating how important I am on our team as I push through transformative changes.
Given the option I prefer a solid RSU to A zero RPI or half of a half of a PIP based on moving targets doled out quarterly after the results are posted ensuring a miss.
