My last day was 1/9. I received (I think) my final check 1/13. It did not include unused vacation or STI. I have received no check nor communication about one since then. Will I receive these? When?? Help!

Thank you all for the replies, especially LC9QSkz-ajk. Hopefully I'll see the unused vacation check within the next 2 weeks, and the bonus + profit sharing not too long after.
You will get all monies coming to you, that is one situation (thank goodness) where Payroll/HR do not

The DEO / FL unemployment office recalled the money paid during the week that I received check from this company while unemployed, since i did receive my vacation check 1 month after separating from the company, can you elite this sh-- ?
You will usually get stored vacation two weeks after final normal paycheck. Then usually 30 days after final day will be sev payout which will include yr prorated sti for the 1 week of new year (it is calculated in your sev payout sheet). Your sti for the 2016 year will be paid when normal sti is paid and paid at a rate that is determined when voted on( i.e. 80% or 90% etc..... Whatever the actual payout to target is..so payout on that is usually end of feb.) Additionally at some point in March your 401k will get whatever the profit share payout is for 2016. Hope this helps
