HPE & Micro Focus spin-merge result of ADA and Title VII employment discrimination, both face suit in Western district of Texas for $15M

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Micro Focus, who have announced a merger valued at 8.8B

(USD) recently, have now been named co-defendants in a wrongful termination suit alleging

violations of the Title VII Civil Rights Act, the ADA, and various Texas Labor laws. The complaint filed

in in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas asking for 15M (USD) in damages and an

injunction to prevent such employment discrimination practices from reoccurring in the workplace.

Actually, worse than that. I know a little about the case. Proud of him standing up for himself seeing first hand what happened, most people would run in fear and give up but they strongly underestimate the plaintiff, and his will... what he continues to go through. I remember at a dinner with him once, saying that the first movie he ever saw as a kid was Rocky, and the Outlaw Jose Wales and wired his brain a certain way. Good luck, you if anyone I have seen deserve to be made whole ...
