From Spectra: S_ _ does have a tendency to roll downhill over here at a very slooooooow pace. Vertical, horizontal , from what I've heard and seen so far no matter what, it is going to be a real s _ _ show come April 1.

You are correct. Deal closes around March 1. By April, another round of layoffs courtesy of Al Monaco. More layoffs at Enbridge. Will there be any at Spectra? They still have a vertical structure. Something is about to give!
