My vote is for that dumb dumb in adc tech serve. He does nothing but hide in his back room all day and when you inform him of a printer problem he pushes you off to facility services.

Retiring!!!!!!! Company isn't worth busting my butt over anymore, wanted to work a few more years, but Follett does not deserve any more of my blood, sweat or tears!!
