Why did you pay good money to build the web version of CT. It is complete garbage and does not work. My store is dying a slow death with CT Web. Please scrap it and revert to CT. Even if it was developed without issues, it would still not provide any significant benefits over what we have.

SS ruined IT in 4 short years, reversing years of progress. Not a single cost savings or project success. Unfortunately he had the full support of the Follett leadership team for the past 4 years. He is like MC Hammer, can touch this. Follett IT will collapse with the damage he has done.
No, projects outsourced have failed??? Singh to blame? Get out of here! Who would of thought!
All those failed projects and wasted money, then try to make it up by bashing long time employees and sending more jobs to India. Company would be in lot better position if they have done nothing at all.

Has anything the new IT leadership promised been delivered? Where's our new POS? Been waiting for that for quite a while. You're right, CT Web doesn't add any value over what we had.
