No, I am not a shareholder anymore. I sold my shares 3 years ago when I rolled to an IRA.
You probably are still a shareholder. Maybe dividends reinvested automatically?
There is no law for people who rolled their 401k to an IRA. The IT system, the lean six sigma BS, and the people in charge are out of control wasting time, money, and resources. They don't care it's on the shareholder tab.
I left BOA 5 years ago, and transfer my 401K, and Pension ($10.00) to my IRA.
I still get those.
Not sure what the law is, throw them away.

I think the OP doesn't know how pension and 401k notices work....
IF you were a Management (Salaried) employee with a 401K that probably has VZ stock investments, you will receive these notices
