I know several employees from the HAH program were invited to a meeting today -2/26/17 with Mike. There is speculations this is for another round of layoffs but nothing confirmed.

That's a good thing that you have gotten early release! It means they are actually being generous. They offered that from the time they told us about the layoff. Some coaches are allowing it and others are not. It means that you have time to find a way to provide for your family instead of putting "company needs" ahead of your own. You have been given a gift. Lucky you.

CGX 2.0 TRAINING AND METRICS.

I was informed today that I am not meeting my metrics. I asked if metrics were being considered due to training. Yes they are considered but if you value your job you will meet the full metrics.

WOW!!!!!

Severence packages aren't legally required so from Humana's unethical history with HAH employees watch out!

1-4 wks per year you worked (slaved) for them is typical & ask for other particulars!

Good article below.

I heard now that the coaches are required to watch the employees that will get severence. Threats are made that if we screw up it is automatic fire and no severence. They are holding members from us making it hard to meet metrics for some. They offer support and now we have to use lunches and wellness breaks to meet career navigators and things put in place for us. This means still meeting metrics. Hold tight everyone. If they start firing us we should all go to court. They also want us to use full days of pto and not take half days. It effects team average and coaches can't get credit. Flash reports and reviews are showing exeeding all average and team and then one little incident puts you as inconsistent. The numbers aren't adding up. Anyone else seeing all of this???

If you are working off the clock to get your metrics. Keep detailed records of the time you worked. They cannot legally force you to not get paid with threats of not meeting metrics, unless you are exempt. Trust me, keep records.

CGX TRAINING AND OUR METRICS ARE THE "same expectations".

We need to all come together!

Do everything you can do in your 40 hour week!

Hold firm to the fact that they said that metrics would be reduced do to extra training.

Many people are working off the clock to get their training done and meet metrics!

This is NOT OK!!!!

  • It's Monday HCMs 2.6.17-

& CGX 2.0 training starts -don't worry about your Matrix/stats today!!!!!

-get real management- they hint they know stats will be down while we learn a new system SO KEEP YOUR WORD management & actually reinforce what you told us!

  • Fellow coworkers don't kill yourself doing both, stick together! Overdoers are wrecking the whole HCM program creating a false stat & management is clueless you are either working too many hours doing it( & they don't care) or you're not doing the job well & taking shortcuts.

I like how humana is bullying the employees with meetings to see who is leaking information to others. Are they afraid the judge that declined the merger will see that humana couldn't handle another insurance company when they cant even handle the employees they have. Give the people their jobs back and give a small pay cut to people! Greedy bastards! IT NEVER was about quality and only quantity. You lost some great employees no matter what the report card said. Employees worked unachievable goals. You gave a break to those phc's with calls that are impossible. They were dead ends and no success! Look at the people leading the teams and ask the team how they really feel about their coaches. Many wah members changed their lives to take this job in isolation and adjusted. Some have families losing insurance for all...not just the employee. We have bills and children to feed. Replace the wah jobs with a wah job. Do your part. You have left a bitter taste in the communities around you.

I truly feel horrible for all of the people that were informed that they are being layed off. I goes to show just how greedy this company is. I don't understand how they are able to justify this lay off when they are supposed to receive 1 BILLION dollars from Aetna. They used the merger as an excuse to get workers to produce more NO MATTER what, using scare tactics to threaten them with. Now that the merger didn't go through they are now using peer average ( 18 attempts and 10 successful contacts) to get the sheep to produce for the BIG BAD WOLF and they do it. I wish the workers would understand that if we made less calls the peer average would go down. We have the power to do that. Lets work together to bring it down by taking our breaks, lunches and wellness time instead of sitting at our desks 8-10 hours to accomplish the impossible. When asked we have to say it's not possible to do what they want in an 8 hour day. I will not continue to work myself to the point of unhealthiness. Humana has shown not to care about their worker or members. They only care about lining their FAT pockets. I think the CEO and top money makers should take pay cuts! Is it fair that they make millions, while ppl are being laid off? This is what people should be picketing and boycotting about. The elderly are having to decide between medicine, food or paying bills, because of premiums and deductibles for medicine. RIDICULOUS!!

Well the merger didn't happened and we got laid off as a result of that.

Historically when a company is acquired, there are layoffs. Run

All you can do is prepare yourself. We all know that if this merger gets the green light from the government then we are all in trouble. Which is why management is so pushy with making sure our Talent Profiles are up-to-date. I am sure it will be like American Idol - they will lay our pictures out on their desks and say - this one made it, this one is being cut...etc.
