Wow. At least all of the recent decisions regarding our benefits and compensation were made "with the well being of 'each and every associate' in mind and are true to the Follett Values." There are just no words.

I like he comment RG made about needing to right size. When in the hell are they going to right size the executive suite? I would be more willing to take the hit if at least some kind of effort was made to reduce. What do they go and do at our expense....more executive promotions. So it's very clear who they think are the most important. Don't forget they are giving public praise on the quad. Jackas--s!!!!
I listened to the call today... Pushback and ill will seems to be rising against this move by Follett. Many other companies took a more employee friendly route in handling the change. Its tough to be told you're the most important folks in the organization and to trust while we are taking hack after hack to our livilhood.
The beatings will continue until morale improves
I just bet bob s & his son went hourly & took a hit in pay
Has the town hall video been released yet or are all these reports just from people who attended?
Townhall. No raises or bonuses for fiscal yr 2017 or 2018. 401k now 50cents to Dollar instead of $ to $.
No lay offs that are planned, but never say never.

Whose got an hour to waste on such BS. Still have adoptions get in, staff to hire, returns to do except nacs now, etc etc
Could someone summarize the town hall? They are always gone by the time I get there.
Webinar email came out Wednesday with mandatory webinars Thursday, Friday and Monday, with Bob S. reading q and a then taking questions about why it was done and your new role and the rules you need to follow. How do you find these town hall videos? Are they on the quad?
The webinar registration email was sent earlier this week.
The webinars were yesterday, today and Monday. All affected associates are required to attend. It was mostly an hour long Q&A about the recent changes.
Details please, I have seen neither.
And when was this webinar announced?
Wait until you watch yesterday's town hall video. Things get worse.
