He obviously doesn't know jack about the history of American oil exploration...'tidal waves' have been going on ever since Drake drilled his well in Pennsylvania. We find something, we drill a lot of wells, we crash the oil price, time and time again. Did they really need to create a team to figure that out?
Hey Matt stop drinking Scotch all day and figure out how long we can last on $40 oil....because FYI the oil price isnt even close to averaging $50-60. $40 oil makes reaching the debt level stated pretty tough.
