First, please let me say I am sorry for all of those Noble employees and contractors who have lost their jobs in the past two years. You did nothing wrong. Let me repeat that: You did nothing wrong. Unfortunately you were the scapegoats for incompetent management. Management that willfully made mistake after mistake and then refused to hold themselves accountable. Sadly, they would rather blame you and preserve their gravy train than do the right thing by stepping aside and letting more competent people take over. Yes, I am sorry for all of you who lost your jobs. You did nothing wrong. But please be sorry for those of us who remain. We are saddled with fools for leaders. As long as they are incharge our future is bleak.

Like everything here at Noble the success scale is inverted. The ones who really came out on top no longer work here. They get to move on with their lives. The rest of us are stuck in purgatory. #whenwinningislosing
Looks like the long term strategy investor call was well received today since it looks like the stock price only dropped $1.27 today.
Don't be too sorry. A few of us came out on top. #winning
Spot on. I see the management regressing to a 1980's model gutting the core intellectual staff in favor comfortable choices.
Right on, I was unexpectedly let go Monday and while I will miss a lot of great people I surely won't miss the management group that seem to be scratching their heads to come up w a strategy. Great earnings, we lost less money.
