What's it going to take to make Follett great again? I'm going to be President and the Cubs won the World Series. Anything can happen...

This makes sense for Follett who plays accounting games - When we need to lower text inventory dollars we run our reports to find our most expensive books, then get rid of them.

Snowflakes are weak, whiny millennials complaining now because because they failed to vote for hLIARy.
What the heck is a snowflake? Do they have mommies? that was a strange post
I think Trumop wining has been worth it just to see the tears from all the precious little snowflakes. Go ahead and crawl in bed with mommy. It's not weird even though you're 25 and still letting her fight your battles.
Cut from the top, not the bottom. When we need to lower text inventory dollars we run our reports to find our most expensive books, then get rid of them. Makes sense.
Other than an occasional pop in your store, running and sending out reports, once in a great while a campus meeting, what does a GVP or RM do all the time?
I know, when mine comes to the store (RM or GVP) they spend 5 minutes walking my store, maybe 5 minutes reviewing my paperwork, then the rest of the time on their laptop or phone.
I assume Mr. President, your first order of business is firing all Muslim employees, grabbing women at their crotches, firing all brown skinned people (unless of course they can produce a birth certificate of your liking), removing books critical of you, stop selling NY Times, The New Yorker and almost all news and periodicals who were critical of you, you'll be taking control of pregnant women's bodies, you'll structure pay so you get paid very, very well and the rest of us will look back on 2016 as the good ole days when our pay was high and benefits were good.
That's not so far off of current Follett management. No wonder I despise this company.
Have Baker and Taylor report to FSS leadership, not the other way around.
Need to clean out the top ranks. You want payroll savings. Start with the VPs. The company can operate with 1/4 of them. The other 3/4 can go. Stop punishing the field in all divisions. Hard to want to generate revenue when you are being treated badly. Transparency top to bottom. Everyone needs to feel like they have a stake for positive outcomes. Just a thought.
