Good to see the old boys club is alive and kicking in the UK&I leadership team!

Not really. Due to our diversity laws we will have aome sh-- female dragons in the Mix or worse appointed to lead these affected groups. Kept the hire process as hidden as they could and. Or transparent at all.

Who is Scot? 4 months in to his role and we've barely heard from him. Anyone know what his vison is for the UK or is he just another glorified bean counter? He's clearly not a natural leader.
Now all the UK architecture team need is an over paid self promoting untouchable with a penchant for beating everyone else up on why things are not performing to become the leader of this group. Mass exodus is already brewing if the wrong hire is made along with riots.
those who got LR are probably the lucky ones, morale is so low in architectures that it's a husk of what it once was. our competitors look upon us with pity.
Very strong rumours here in Bedfont that this is true. We are still waiting for the dust to settle though so nothing concrete yet.

Can everyone stop calling them "leadership" team? There isn't a single leader amongst any of them, just a bunch of middle management ex sales guys turned bean counters, looking out for their own interests.
As somebody just LR'ed from UK&I during Q1 this is pretty vomit inducing revelation. I don't know why I should be surprised though.
