Wait it has gotten better now we have another new SVP in the FSS division. Follett idea of saving money is to spend as much as possible on acquisitions then tell your employees there are no raises and bonuses are probably not there either, set up sales/profit plans that take nothing into count when it comes to current market conditions which again means no bonuses for those stores. Then promote or higher new executive SVP level folks with big fat pay, bonus and retirement packages then send out an email to your staff saying "hi everybody Uncle Ray just want to take a moment and wish you all happy holidays and oh yeah I'm getting ready to f--- you all over again" best regards

She was good once. Just another yes person. She is so out of touch with what goes on in the stores. There's a reason she's still at Follett...can't make it anywhere else

She's just another suit and part of the upper management that orchestrated the mistreatment of so many employees. She does whatever ever she's told to do.

Actually one of the few left who has any clue about the business. With that said, not sure what she can do to save a dying industry. But, announcing a promotion when there is so much going on and so many people upset Just shows "leadership" had no clue. Doing that but still no message from them about the elephant in the room speaks volumes. Maybe it is not that they are clueless? 'I think they just do not care.

What does she do that is so amazing? If she is that good maybe RG should have resigned and let her have the job. Face it, more big bucks at the top while f--king over the staff in the field. We value...more money for the family!
From what it sounds like maybe with her getting promoted we could start moving back toward good things. I mean I'm pretty sure she's amazing at what she does. Never heard a bad thing about her!
