I have heard several AS folks have been given big chunk of RSUs last month. Recently most of the employees received salary raises in OCT. I wondering if same AS guys have now received the salary raise as well?

Who knows for sure but for must who got a raise, it was puny. 2% or less. Some much larger, some 0%.
So are there folks who have got both - RSUs and Salary Raise? And pretty much everyone in Cisco got a raise? what is the avg. % of raise? Did G13 & above get the raise too?
No focal, no RSU's again. Nearly 4 years now. I did change seats and am sitting closer to the door. Maybe it's a sign 😃
No RSUs for me this focal, but an ok pay rise - now only getting marginally less than people I routinely lead :^/
First time I heard of newly promoted G6s getting RSUs though.
I received nothing this year after my American Director was replaced by an Indian. Promotions, pay raises and RSU's now all go to his Indian friends and relatives. This seems to become norm in Cisco nowadays.
RSU or no-RSU, it does not matter to get impacted in an LR..got one in July and in August, I was impacted..As someone said it, not worth the opportunity cost..
HR have told us no RSU until next year for the BU. But then they also told us the same thing about promotions and we've seen a few director bumps in the last week.
I'm actually glad they didn't give me RSUs. I don't need the temptation of this ball and chain. I'm free to leave this place.
Take the RSU's for sure but be very aware of the cracks (gaping holes) they are papering over. The foundations of our once great company have been rocked to the core and everybody is looking over their shoulders to see who is going to be next. Take everything you get until it's your turn or get out now before the place makes you bitter. Only you know what's best for you own unique set of circumstances.
Awarding RSUs is a weak attempt at convincing you its not that bad and its worth you sticking around. Take them, for sure. But realize what they mean in lost opportunity cost compared to going somewhere else with a competitive salary and no LRs.
Net-net..cheap s---er bait that is nice to have but should not cloud your longterm decision making
So that's where they went. We ain't got no RSUs in the BU.
