Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

This company stinks

ATOs high turnover rates suggest you are as easily replaceable With low-skilled workers the lowest employee satisfaction are also not doing especially well financially, which may suggest that low employee satisfaction is but a symptom of poor management overall. The Employment Policy Foundation also estimates it costs a company an average of $15,000 each time a an employee leaves

Fyi - you can submit the survey without answering any of the questions, and get a completion page after you submit it, BUT the actual results show that the survey wasn't taken. This way, you can show your boss the survey submitted page and still not actually take it.

Stay away from the survey....why would they want your uuid if they didn't track it?

I tried to avoid filling out nps but in my group they were mandatory and we had to report once complete.

This surveys are bogus esp. when you are intimidated to fill them out and to not be fully open and honest for fear of being targeted.

Harvard business have even pointed out major flaws in these surveys, and since att loves HB training surprised they don't pay attention to all of their studies and insight.

I never completed those "anonymous" surveys before I retired from AT&T. The company logs every keystroke made on a company device and employs a great number of people who do nothing but spy on employees. I'm glad to be gone.

You are correct, these company managers would do anything to keep their jobs, even get rid of people that are reporting some illegal activities, typically unemployable elsewhere, and that is the main reason they stick around

All this Money wasted with the DTV, and the new streaming service, they could have bought Netflix for 10% of the money invested, instead they are now 125B in the red... What an idiot

eNPS is a scam and it is NOT anonymous. It's a way for leadership to identify detractors and get rid of them.

I'd caution the se from expressing discontent on any employee engagement survey esp,. When it is identifiable. I know of three top performers that nailed a director in a nps survey and they were surplused in march.
