We bust our a-- every single day and the best they can do is send a damn Ecard.
Your plan sounds like my plan ... get the overtime for buyback and January rush, and then find my way out.
My plan - work the same overtime I would have anyway for Dec/Jan.
Take home the bigger paychecks than I would have.
Squeeze in as much vacation time as I can too.
Then bail before the end of the fiscal to somewhere better before they shut me down anyway or the paycuts have a real impact.
Basically - take them for all they have then walk.
Yeah, my motivation is zapped. The want to pay us less? Then they should get what they pay for ... us doing a lot less.
