What is the "severance agreement" like? used to be 2 weeks of pay for each year of service. this time though, they seem to have allocated 20 mil for this thing.

I believe last time it was limited to max six months' pay. So two weeks per year of service up to a max of 6 months (12 years). There are a ton of guys that have been around for much longer.
I am not sure what it is this time around.
