This is starting to become humorous. Moves being made by the company to get employees to quit. Messages on this board telling employees to quit. Looks like things are starting to get pretty desperate. Sounds to me the board needs to clean out the executive suite and start over. Very clear these folks don't have a freaking clue.

Find another job, put in for all your vacation time, resign prior to vacation ending. Just do it.
I recommend not quitting. Wait for layoffs or to be fired so you are entitled to unemployment.
RG and the rest of senior staff will be safe if they deliver the family dividends.
