Since their paid rebuttal writer must have left, the reviews are overwhelmingly negative.

One pro review, on accurate review. This pro review may have been written by a kool-aid drinker. It didn't read like HR prose.
Read further down. The shill reviews are easy to spot. Did that author leave Follett? Did they work in HR? Someone in recruiting would benefit positive reviews and lots of approval for the CEO. I'm guessing one or more of those people have left and management hasn't yet figure it out.
Negative yes, but they are very accurate.
