Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Play it smart folks.

They are wanting you to quit. It for you to do something to give them just cause to fire you. Work the needed hours to run your stores and if you go over 40, so be it. If you have to lock the doors for lunch, let the campus contact handle it. Charge fir every hour worked and start charging for travel to the bank and back.

Work to contract people. Whatever you can reasonably accomplish in 8 hour is exactly what will get done. They get what they pay for.

Great plan: clock in, grab the deposit from prior day, close the store to go make bank deposit, return 45 minutes later on a good traffic day, reopen store all clocked in on houry pay. Store makes no money since it is closed but suppose to be open. VS before I did deposits after hours so store could be open. My inconvience but hey Follett have a better idea! Oh and also the store will have to be closed for lunch breaks and after I hit 40 hours.. so Friday and Saturday must be closed.. I guess I get a 4 day weekend..

I am not changing much except punching in & out, will work my normal hours, 8 to 4 or 5, never take lunch, not starting now. However, not busting my butt anymore to make the executives or family their big bucks, don't care very much & retiring a year sooner, not putting up with this crap anymore. Follett does not deserve me.
