Does anyone else have a Salary Store Manager who doesn't work? Well I do and it's getting quite old. No matter how many times employees have complained to the RM and HR nothing gets done. My store manager is bullet proof for some odd reason. He just sits in his office all day while the Ops and Asst. Manager do all the work. How sad is it that when the cashiers call on him to do a refund he doesn't even know how to get to the refund screen. I wish my RM would grow a pair and do something about this manager.

Yeah, I know of that kind of stuff at Follett and it DOES blow.
Follett can go in the crapper as far as I am concerned.
I worked hard for them and then they cut my salary to wage and tell me not to work overtime.
Screw them! I hope they go under ... tomorrow wouldn't be fast enough for me.
I would start looking for another job! They are so "f'n" messed up - their management has their heads up their "a.."!
