Just curious to see if people are choosing lower benefits packages because of the paycut? Another way for Follett to lower their expenses.

I chose a lower package when I was hired due to their dismal starting salary. Basically just disaster insurance... no co pays or coverage until you reach a minimum out of pocket.
My new pay rate is the offer I refused only 8 months ago when negotiating my salary as a new store manager. I can't believe they can cut my rate to a counter offer I refused less than a year ago.
I had no choice but to quit. Follett blows!!!!
I hope they fall apart.
