Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Life after Follett

I quit in November after they went to hourly pay and dropped everyone's rate. I wasn't going to wait for the other shoe to drop. There is a lot of opportunities for great jobs outside of Follett. I no longer stress out, overwork, have to be on call, or do any of the unethical things that I was forced to do as a manager.

My advice to others is quit ASAP and find yourselves not only a better job, but a better life. I have NO REGRETS about not being at Follett!

Things to set up an auto email delete for: The "Follett Values" completion report, the Monthly scoreboard and anything from Paul D. CW wanted email optimization so I'm doing my part to limit the junk in my email box.

Spot-on post. This company is a joke with the biggest of them all being the Follett Values. I don't know how they even have the guts to mention the values in any communication, but then again - the company's a joke!
