I was just taking a gander at an unrelated class-action lawsuit in pacermonitor.com, and decided to search for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. HPE has quite a few discrimination lawsuits on their hands. Looks like most of the plaintiffs come from the Detroit area (from a quick LinkedIn cross-reference). It would be interesting to see how these shake out.... but my free trial will be over long before these are concluded :)

I am former HPE employee who was working out of Pontiac, Mi site until last July when 6 of 7 on my team were hit w/WFR's. The only one left (other than the Manager) was the youngest of our group at 44. I also know of many others out of Pontiac who got hit w/WFR's as well.....almost all were more senior folks many of whom I worked with back to EDS days on the GM account. I will shed zero tears if HPE gets nailed to the wall via class action lawsuit for what they are doing.....although I suspect they won't. Rotten bastards!
