There are a few software leaders (Neal) who were placed in positions with HPE having full knowledge the role is completely temporary. I am privy to specific information which aligns current executives to Micro Focus positions and it was known when these leaders were "named" that their tenure was short lived. In a few cases, these folks gave up plans for other employment for the HPE position. Soon to be out of job, kept in the dark for their continued engagement, and significant winking going on behind their backs. Oh well.

No one is exempt from Meg's scorched earth policies. There is no reward for any leader who thinks they are staying for the benefit of their team, first line leaders are nothing but "cannon fodder" for the WFR machine.
