Only a matter of time before someone who supports our Management blames the 'difficult business environment' . Which is partly true, so let's say 60% is the market with the rest being our management .
So what about the $500m+ spent on non-profitable, stupid acquisitions over the past 5 years, which has delivered nothing to our bottom line. The countless business consultants brought in at great cost. Then look at our structure, now we have a Chairman, CEO, President, COO, SFO, SAO plus countless SVP's etc....and growing. Five years ago, we had nothing like this structure but a lean mean organisation that worked. That's why we are in this mess, too many snouts in the trough.
