Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Furthermore, if you haven't been there and experienced it then how can you comment on it? I wish you the best. It's cool when the full line MOD and cash girl come out and hangs out in AUTO. LOL I had them laughing and everyone knows that women who work for Seared are crabby.

It is more fun to hang out with me and be cynical I guess. I could get fired for that I suppose. Well, let's get to firing me for my fraternization.

No Seared, I will do what I want and there is nothing you can do about it eddie. The DM's know better than to talk to me. I don't abuse my manager price override ability but the customer get''s taken care of properly. I could just give merchandise away if I wanted to but that is not the point. That's bad business. I will not be a part of that. The advertised sale price is as far as I go.

It is about being a leader. My new young CSA told me today that it was not fair that I didn't get to take lunch. HAHAHAHAHA!! He has a lot to learn. He is totally innocent and fresh off the Minnesota farm. I think it is his first job so I have had a shadow for the last three days.

The women from the office came and hung out with me tonight for a while. I made them laugh with my "Welcome to Sears, We're Sorry" sign that I made. One was MOD. I was MOD for Auto.

It was pretty cool though. Auto getting along with full line is unheard of. I have worked at Sears auto for seven months. I am not angry at anyone at Sears who is on the floor giving effort. You are good folks.

When you get the MOD and cash gal from the main office coming to hang out in auto and chat things up a bit then you know that I am not a d--k. If I wanted to say anything to all of you I think I just did. I am the punching bag for their frustrations but I always turn it into a laugh.

What exactly are you talking about? Very confusing post. Is this a result of you working for this company too long? Have you totally lost it?

Agree about no one know when they will file bankruptcy, but we do know they will file soon. I just don't like the fact that they keep pushing the stupid stuff and the things that may make them money and help them to last a little longer they neglect.

This post is very confusing? You notice the salaried hours, are you HR? What stores are closing? Everybody of this thread knows that some Sears Stores will be closing sometime in the near future. Mr. Lampert, has not said anything about the huge 3rd quarter lose. The only person that said anything is Chris B, from corporate in an email statement, I did not even finish reading it. We don't know nothing will Sears declare BK, will they close more stores next year, will Kmart close more store who knows just keep working or quit, simple said ,Peace

This post confuses me. Maybe I'm tired. We are all working a lot of hours right now. No one gets recognized on Pebble. All I see is merchandise requests now.
