Engage to Excel is dead

Seems like Engage to Excel is dead.

No communication from management.

What a waste of money to GallUp - could have protected a lot of loyal jobs - Shame

Why any company big as SLB should care if a number is the sole breadwinner or not? Shouldn't be that the job of the employee to find a company which is not in a business which cyclically and artificially create crysis just to get tax breaks, wipe out the small competitors, and restructure letting go most of the highest paid employees?

I always thought that was -my- job to find an occupation which gives me the money and the stability I needed. You don't like the though game? Go to work for some unionized company so you can sit on your a$$ all day long while other people are doing the job.

Engage to Excel was to tool used by SLB to see how bad they have destroyed the company by the drastic cuts which were made. We all have to remember that we are just another GIN number and no one in Management cares whether someone is the sole breadwinner in a family. Its all about Managers collecting that fat PIP at the end of the year and a--hole PK to collect his millions in bonus. If the selfish Managers were to forfeit their bonuses, how many jobs do you think SLB would have saved?

Left the company shortly after completing the survey. So checked out by then but I completed it honestly. Saw the results from a friend (not my "best friend at work" lol what a bunch of BS, Gallup can eat d-ck and have a great Christmas party this year at SLB's expense, but I digress) and I'm not surprised to see that across the world people can't stand working there. The CEO is a gutless fool who can't take a pay cut like the workers earning the revenue. Then he sends out an email demanding 25% women across the board in the company. I don't disagree with the initiative, but it's more BS numbers on top of the Transformation nonsense shoved down everyone's throats. Keep dreaming PK.

The results were just released and managers are going through them now. As a company, SLB scored in the 20th percentile of all employers that Gallup does this for in terms of employees being "engaged". There's obviously going to be a lot of variation in different GeoMarkets, Segments, Field vs. NonField, etc. Raise your hand if you're shocked about 20th percentile. Get ready for team meetings with managers in Dec - Feb.

They'll release it eventually. They just need time to figure out how to massage the sh--ty results.
