So the new VP is in and he wasted no time cutting the whole safety department, and then other positions in the organization. The amazing part is he showed an org chart with names and titles, and then the following week cut those people out of the blue. Apparently leadership here is cut over head, personnel at all cost to show profit! Short term gain for a long term loss with this type of philosophy.
