2 Corp level HR employees left last week. It's bad news when HR isn't even sticking around.

I knew HR was in the dumpster when CY left for a second time. If a company can't keep smart people who care about more than just themselves then that's writing on the wall for how this all turns out.
H.R.'s job is protect management and the board. No one is quitting because they are being asked to do bad things. They're quitting because Follett is a terrible company.
It shows me that they are being asked to do something they don't think is right. Maybe more actions towards the stores?
How much HR do you need when you keep letting people go?
