Call him crazy or whatever else you like, but that's the kind of CEO that is needed to help grow a business. Someone who is willing to think way outside of the box by taking risks and actually making changes that affect and disrupt the industry, by lighting a fire under the @$$es of the old and out of touch competition. Time to send this entire executive board to the unemployment line and take away those golden parachutes based upon the horrific jobs that they have done.

I got laid off from Verizon 3 years ago and had Verizon service. Customer service s---ed. The signal s---ed. So I took my severance and 4 lines and went to T-Mobile. Great customer service and a great signal. Verizon is way over-priced for what they offer.
My 4 lines are with T-Mobile, 10 gig each. With two teens on my plane they never complain. They do have different streaming that doesn't count towards your data, I have no idea what that is. I do know it seems like good service at a great price. At this time I could never see going back to VZW, what else does one need? My only concern is T-Mobile will be bought out and someone will screw it up.
Lastly, what does Moon Speak mean? I am sorry but I only went to University for 9 years. With a BA and MS and MSEd and a silly PHd. I still can not believe you don't understand how a wireless company could habe lacked on building a solid 4g network. No phones in 2016 should drop to 3g....except Sprint cuz they are the shadiest company ever created. They started throttling Data before the term throttling was universally understood and hated. Additionally, Sprints new unlimited plan...look at their fine print...video is downgraded to 420i resolution. Music streams at 1/2 Mbps speeds. And video games are capped at 2 Mbps speeds. In other words, if you buy a new Sprint unlimited data plan...you can only look at web sites with your smartphone. Lol. Atleast Verizon allows you to do anything on your phone.....as long as you keep it to a minimal amount of usage per month. I think I used all my monthly data up after watching 3 hours of Netflix on my Verizon 5gb monthly allowance. Its so sad.... you pay $90 a month to watch 3 hours of "watch espn" or netflix or youtube a month. $90 freakin dollars. So you could go to the Movies 15 times a month or for the same price watch 2 movies on your phones.....lolololol

3g-4g(hspa +)-4g lte. Verizon went from 3g to 4g lte. Never built a solid 4g foundation. Thats why people who owned the iphone 4s and updated back in the day. Their phones now said 4g instead of 3g. But my ,Verizon iphone still was working at 3g only. Its not hard to understand... my cousins phone constantly went from 4g lte to 3g on our trip to DC. Yet my old a-- 4s never went below 4g. Verizon shoulda built a better 4g network. Yes their 4g lte is fine. But when your outta LTE range on Verizon...you drop to ridiculously slow 3g speeds. Its just a fact. But it never happends on tmobile or ATT. Therefor Verizon has good top speeds. But crappy middle speeds and low speeds. Think of it like heaphones. Verizon has great highs. But awful mids and and bass. Whereas ATT and even Tmobile have good highs. Great mids and awesome lows... this is probably too diffucult for the idiot to understand. I mean sh--. People pay $10 per GB when it only costs a fraction on a penny for the wireless carrier per GB.

Verizons crap. My phone is constantly changes from 4g lte to 3g everyday. Yet when I had ATT and Tmobile. My phone always said 4g lte. Verizon shoulda never jumped from 3g straight to 4g lte. Verizon doesnt have a solid 4g foundation. Hence my phone always dropping to 3g when im in a "bad" reception area. Lol. Happend with Sprint all the time, too. But like I said. Never has my ATT phone or Tmobile phone ever dropped to anything lower than 4g lte regardless the area in the Tri state...
@dvz, I'm sorry, but the T-mobile network does not s---. I recently switched from Verizon to T-mobile and have not seen any difference in service from Dallas, Tx to Stillwater, OK. In fact, at my home and at my son's high school, T-Mobile signal is stronger and has faster throughput... Speed tests show it faster than my fiber (was FIOS, but now Frontier).
Yes and his Network still s---s. Verizon haters... Verizon will always be years ahead of the rest. Stop being jealous.
