It is not me against HP HPE. It is HP HPE against me.
This problem could have been avoided if HP / HPE is not so hard up for money, I buy HP printers despite office opposition, and the HP printers all failed to work on the day the board of directors meeting, and makes me lose face. So now the purchase of all HP HPE equipment is banned, and I also get it, so I make sure HP HPE also get it, any way HP HPE is going down, no one wants to buy their stuff any more, so I doubt HP HPE has many students taking HP HPE courses. So I doubt you have much business any way.
I found a way around the ban of HP HPE equipment, I buy H3C equipment instead of HP HPE equipment.
I still am interested in 28 Nov - 1 Dec HP Data Centre training, and am only willing to pay russian prices max for it.
Here is my answer to HP HPE demands. I reject HP HPE demands, but I asked to buy H3C equipment instead of HP equipment.
I have make my stand very clear, it is HP 1st attack, not I 1st attack. Even the most royal loyal customer will also jump ship if HP HPE continues its way of doing things.
The next step is up to you. I found way around, buying H3C equipment and the manuals are in chinese, but it is ok as commands still in English.

Amazing what a group of smart dedicated people can do when led by someone they respect. Meanwhile back at HPE the big strategy is which group to cut next.

If non hands on test is taken, it cannot be proven whether the candidate knows the stuff, or some one give the candidate the actual exam qns and actual exam answers, Monday to Friday memorise the actual exam qns and actual exam answers at night, day time is actual hands on lab and course 5 days.
e.g. India Huawei training centre offers to give actual exam qns and answers, on 1st day of course, and saturday morning is actual exam.
So even if I pass huawei equivalent of CCNP, cannot prove actually know.
So only ways is hands on test.
There are only 3 tests hands on test

Redhat RHCE linux. Nearest test centre is Brisbane, Sydney, Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong

Cisco CCIE. Out as equipment is all high end, too expensive to buy

Huawei equivalent of CCIE. Equipment all add up together about $8,000. Nearest test centre is Shenzhen Huawei HQ.
So actually I can take Redhat RHCE as only need intel laptop, and Huawei equivalent of CCIE as equipment not too expensive to buy.
VMWARE Horizon 7 also can take theory paper, as no practical paper available. The exercise I have for practise on how to create the various Windows 7 / 8 Virtual machines, VMWARE offers it for free as want people to buy its Horizon 7.
So target now is hands on Redhat RHCE Linux and Huawei equivalent of CCIE. The huawei equilavent of CCNP also must pass 1st, as need to familiar with Huawei commands.
