So in this move to 'impact' store managers, what benefits have they taken away? Vacation days? Sick days? Personal days? Health insurance? Haven't seen anything regarding this? Raises? Bonuses? Just kidding about these, way long gone! Part of why I don't care so much anymore, main concern is to get books to students make school happy.
