Happy days again in Duncan!

Word is plant manager has announced 100 spreads will be built next year so they are gearing up for it. Already starting to hire and he also said everyone is going to get raises.

We need to hire MORE managers! Some managers currently have 10 or more people under them! That's too many! We need a manager for every two to three people, and we need more managers like the current ones who don't know jack!!

Not true several of laid off hands were called in for an interview. If you were really good at your job made good money or didnt take any sh-- from the pgls you will never will be called back.

What is NOT being said is that NO ONE who has previously worked at DMC will be considered for re-hire, and that NONE of these NON-managerial positions will pay more than $10 per hour.

Of course, the hiring of 'managers' will take precedence, and NONE of the above will apply to those chosen.

A raise well done hopefully this raise will come over the Atlantic ocean and land in aberdeen for the offshore boys as no pay rises in over 3 years yes well before the down turn so reward the people even we work offshore xmas day and new year and get nothing extra we must be the only company that do this its about time that changed
