Sears Call Center Closing In High Point - here is the source (Corporate HR Confirmed):

"We announced today that our Sears Services Contract Support call center in High Point, N.C. will close in late February 2017. The work performed at the location will be transitioned to other Sears facilities between now and the anticipated closure date.

The closure of this location is part of our strategy to optimize our call center operations to align with our forecasted call volumes. The number of associates is not available.

Associates who are eligible will receive severance and have the opportunity to apply for open positions in the company."

I am reading other boards and people are mean and vitriol is unbelievable - please try to keep our board cool and respectful.

I agree the remarks were rude however I think the point he was truly trying to make is that the whole thing is imploding and it is up to the individual to chose to believe that there actually is a plan that will end in SHC being profitable or accept the reality that it is the Titanic

Service Center in Tulsa, Ok., in the process of closing, if it has not already closed.

Do you know what other call centers, Sears and Kmarts are closing? ALL OF THEM.

If you haven't figured this out by now your IQ level must be below Zero....
