We should start a union!

As someone who was a manager at HO, I can tell you that a union is one thing the family really doesn't want. I believe that it only takes one employee to request union representation to start the process and from my observation you'd be better off with a union because the family would have to put their cards on the table. Right now nobody knows what the big plan is. When you vote this year remember who gave the family the tools to f**k you over!
There are already existing unions we can join. There just needs to be enough employees in a geographical location to meet with a local union representative.
