All salaried non exempt is is they keep paying you your salary but you must click in and not go over or under 40hrs.. your an idiot, there is no lawsuits and this would've been the simplest most seamless transition they could have done and still complied with the law. All they had to do was prohibit overtime. Done deal everyone is happy government and employees continue with their current salary. Follett could of done this just fine. There is no exscuse
Ummmm.. that is not really better. Hours still have to be tracked. They still have to pay overtime. There's just not much difference. Except opening themselves up for lawsuits if they did it wrong. As opposed to hourly, which they already have a system for.

Anybody who has monitored this site for the past couple of years knows that this company screws its employees every chance it gets. They don't value you. They don't care. Your deductibles are so high for medical, no merits, very little chance for bonus and now more. Even screwed employees on vacation.
