They are wanting you to quit or for you to give them a good reason to fire you with just cause. Stay strong, focused and organize. Anything else will not be in your best interest.

Nah...with benefits premiums and deductibles rising and pay being cut and sales declining every fiscal year it's time to call it. The job is no longer functional.
Spring rush will be my last. Let companies everywhere make their adjustments to their pay structures for the new December 1st law, then find something else.
Plenty of other jobs out there - would be nice to get out of retail this time.
Too bad though - unlike others on this site I actually liked my job. It just doesn't work any more.
Can someone share adjustment they have had? How much pay cut? Benefits? Still get insurance? Vacation, sick, personal days? Do we have to sign an agreement?
