Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Unionized Hourly Management

Two can play this game. Hourly Management unite. We can negotiate for better pay and benefits. They would be lost if we all walked at once....

Contracts would drop like flies.

I can no longer work for this company. Three decades of blood blood sweat and tears. Party on, Follett.

somebody come up with a legit plan for union idea.. and post it. I am in. or post any loopholes these a--holes forgot to incorporate so we can get a class action suit going if needed, also if you think our current president was here for "change" well here is your change! between the health care and this it is obvious he is in it for the rich this mandate only benefits companies it does nothing for us he knew the ramifications of how this would be implemented. He is a Businessman! shame!

Not only managers, assistant managers, and course material managers. Time for a collective push back. How stupid is this company to give non exempt employees this much power if they unionize?

I said we should unionize years ago! Everyone thought I was crazy. Look at us now... if I stay I'll definitely vote union!
